you have already made, please email our Admissions team at

Research degree applications
It is now too late to apply for a research degree starting in October
2026. To apply for a future intake, please contact
pgradmissions@dmu.ac.uk
and we will do our best to support you.
What to include with your application
Please submit the following documents with your application form:

One current reference on official headed paper or
sent from a professional email address. This can be a work or
academic reference and must be signed and recently dated.
- Copies of your academic transcripts.
- Copies of your degree, diploma or alternative certificates.

Your personal statement. If you are applying for a postgraduate
pharmacy course, please include your GPhC number.
Our Admissions team will not contact your referees to request references.
Your reference can be attached to the application form or sent directly
to admissions@dmu.ac.uk.
Creative course portfolios
Some of our creative courses may also require a portfolio. This can be
emailed to
admissions@dmu.ac.uk
after you have submitted your application.
